Finally arrived

FedEx signed for, express delivery was neither signed for, nor express - well beyond the paid-for timeframe. However, the product looks lovely and is very well presented and packaged

Hi Barnaby, thank you so much for updating your review and for your kind words about the earrings and packaging! We are thrilled that you love the product. At the same time, we are sincerely sorry for the FedEx delay. We shipped your order almost immediately (on July 5th), but unfortunately, once we hand packages over to the courier, we cannot control their delivery times. We are truly sorry that this caused a delay for such a special 18th birthday present. Thank you again for your incredible patience and understanding!

Beautiful tip for a gift

These earrings were a birthday gift to my daughter. She was very pleased, has worn them and are just what she wanted. Highly recommend. It was a great purchase.
